5:30-6:30 pm flexibility & stress reduction



7:30-8:30 am Yoga & abs

6:45-7:45 pm progressive vinyasa



8:00-9:00 am mindful yoga

How it Works:  Choose the Class you prefer and book choose Book Now

Choose your Start date and then choose Book a session or Buy a Pricing Plan or "Class Card"

You will be asked to Sign up and then you will be directed to checkout and pay for your classes. 

You will then be able to log-in to your account from this website and see your bookings.
