She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and
Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance.
She is certified to teach Mindfulness, Yoga Trapeze® and Yoga Sculpt®.
She is currently working on a certification in Nutrition.
She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has been a
yoga instructor since 2004.
She believes that a regular and focused yoga practice can improve
anyone's physical and emotional health.
